Job Responsibilities
- Customize treatment plans based on individual client needs and goals
- Deliver consistent, high-quality massage services
- Educate guests on memberships and encourage referrals
- Maintain a calm, professional, and welcoming treatment space
- Collaborate with a team focused on exceptional client care
Qualifications
- Active Michigan Massage Therapy License (required)
- Current liability insurance or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency in Swedish massage (additional modalities a plus)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and grow (training available in deep tissue, trigger point, prenatal, Reiki, and more)
- Passion for wellness and helping others
